Driver Nickname: Flyin Ryan Thomas

Driver Bio: Ryan Thomas got a late start in his racing career, at age 12. He started out Quarter Midget racing, where he won the USAC Brick Yard Nationals his rookie year. At age 14, he moved up to Kenyon midgets for several events. following along with 600 non -wing A Class Micros, and Outlaw non-wing. At that point he met Jimmy and Mike Wingo (Wingo Brother Racing). It was all they could do to keep him out of their 410 non-wing sprint car. At age 15 WBR let him push off the car at one of the test sessions along with Critter Malone, and make a couple of laps. By age 16 he had his own car running under the WBR name, and he has never looked back. He ran a limited schedule in 2021 winning the HARF Billy Marvel Rookie of the Year award, making the A main at two USAC events, and had his career best finish of 4th place at Atomic Speedway with the BOSS series.
